Just got home from Moncton..Consult with Dr B
Well I am finally home from Moncton at 7pm what a long day...my appointment was for 2:15 and it was 4:15 when I finally saw Dr. B. all went well and my mom and I were in with the doctor for all of 15 minutes very quick. He said I will get a call for the next upcoming information session which he said is very soon and then the next visit will be with him and then he said I should have my surgery within 2-3 months after that if not sooner....WOW He told me that the hardest and longest time is the wait to get to see him initially after that everything goes quickly.
I am so excited and happy and nervous and all the other things that go with it. He said the information session is from 8am or so in the morning until 4 or so and by the end of the session I should know exactally what I want which I already know it is the lapband and he said today that is the best procedure for me by far.
Was happy to see Charline there today as well and we had a great chat on things....will post when I get my call for the information session.

I hope the time flys..... I am so tired of waiting it is nice to hear there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
Thank you Stephanie.....I am so happy as well...I never thought I would ever hear from Dr B's office especially before hearing from Dr Savoie's office. But yes I finally had my first consult with Dr B and he told me there is an information session coming up very soon and he is putting me into the session so he said after I have that then I see him again and he will give me a date for surgery and sign consent forms...I can't wait...oh and he says there is tests for the pre op which take a few hours as well. I can't wait it will soon be over...
I really hope you hear something from Dr Savoie's office soon...
