Tomorrow is weigh in day. I know some will waituntil WW on Saturday.
Don't get down if your weight is a plus or zero. Use the energy to get back on track for next week. This is a marathon not a sprint. You may need to vent a bit first, so go for it. Then pull up you socks and resolve to do better for next week. You can't change the past. It is fixed. But the future is what you make it!
