Weight loss will be recorded as follows- First the amount of weight change for the week, then an equal sign, & then the total lost so far. For example.....I lost .7 the first week, and say I lost 2 pounds this week. it would look like this: -2=-2.7. If I lost another 2 pounds the next week : -2=-4.7. Then I gained a pound.....+1= -3.7 and so on.

I need a fill too and I eat to much since a while. I have gained 3 pounds from my lowest weight. I want to lose these 3 pounds first and after lose some more.
The fills are so important and when you need one and you have to wait for too long it's not a good thing at all!
