Anybody watch Big Medicine last night (Nov 17)? I love that show and am always so intreguied by how easily they suggest wls to everyone. I suppose they don't show the ones that they turn down. I find the show very informative and seldom miss it unless I fall asleep. Haven't figured out how to set up my VCR now that I have satelite instead of cable. I am techno challenged!!

I missed Big Medicine last night :(
I love that show so much. Being a band patient, each time they do a band surgery I watch and imagine that at one point, that was me! Yeah it's weird how they don't turn anyone down, but remember that in the states health care is about money so if you have the money, they won't refuse you.
I think there needs to be more shows about WLS so people can be more informed on how much of a blessing it is!
