Don't let it get you down. Let it motivate you to stay on track. You know you can do it. Just look at all the success you have had. Take an honest look at how well you are following the rules and resolve to right one wrong for the next week. Then tackle another one the next week. We are food-aholics and it will always be "One day at a time". Unlike alcoholics, we can't stop eating. We have to continue to consume that to which we are addicted. Imagine telling an alcoholic to take one sip of alcohol everyday but no more...not likely.
