surgery

does anyone know if Dr.B is still doing lapband surgery or has this been put on hold till current HINI conditions improve? Also what is the status of the clinic? Anyone know???? Thanks

I am not too sure, I haven't received any call to cancel my appointment for the 18th of November for my first visit with Dr. B.  Crossing my fingers on that as I don't want to wait for a new appointment after all this excitement.  I know when the secretary called me a couple of weeks ago to give me my appointment date she said the doctor was about 2months behind with his patients for surgery due to the cut backs at the hospitals.  Maybe call his office and see what is going on..

All clinics, including bariatrics, are closed until further notice. At the moment, surgery is still going ahead.

Geez I hope they call me and let me know as I have a fill appt scheduled for next Thursday. I'll call them next Wednesday to be sure if I don't hear from them.

 I plan to call tomorrow for a fill appointment and I will let you know what they say.  I tried to call yesterday but it was 4:10 and I am assuming they were closed - I got a recording.

I spoke to Caroline on Tuesday Nov 10 and all clinics at the hospital are closed until further notice.  I was trying to schedule a fill but she said to call back in 2-3 weeks.  Surgeries are still a go for now.

I talked to Caroline and I have an appointment on the 21st to get my staples out.  I had surgery on Nov 6th...
