1-      I didn’t get stuck today.
2-      I chewed everything well
3-      I took 20 minutes to eat each meal.
4-      I exercised for 30 minutes.
5-      I drank 1.5 litres of water/ water substitute.
6-      I took my vitamin.
7-      I had 60 mg of protein today.
8-      I had took small bites today.
9-      I did not have any sugary food today.
10-   I didn't drink a half hour before or and hour after eating.

I got super stuck at breakfast and seemed to affect the rest of my day. I was traveling to New Minas today so I didn't get out for a walk. Because nothing was comfortable going down, I resorted to ice cream. I was able to eat supper, but I was super careful and ate ever slower than usual.

Can anyone tell my why it is that one day I am thinking I need a fill because I am hungry all the time, then the next day, something that should go down, gets me super stuck???  Should I still call for a fill? OMG this band can be so frustrating one day and my best frriend the next!!

I have to amend my score. I figured the day was not over, so it wasn't too late to change a no to a yes. I just returned from a 45 minute walk!  Feels good.
