How did you score today (or yesterday- doesn't matter as long as you are consistant)?? One point for each of the following completed or rule followed today-
1-      I didn’t get stuck today.
2-      I chewed everything well
3-      I took 20 minutes to eat each meal.
4-      I exercised for 30 minutes.
5-      I drank 1.5 litres of water/ water substitute.
6-      I took my vitamin.
7-      I had 60 mg of protein today.
8-      I had took small bites today.
9-      I did not have any sugary food today.
10-   I didn't drink a half hour before or and hour after eating.
