How did you score today Bandsters?

How did you score today?? One point for each of the following completed or rule followed today- 1-      I didn’t get stuck today.
2-      I chewed everything well
3-      I took 20 minutes to eat each meal.
4-      I exercised for 30 minutes.
5-      I drank 1.5 litres of water/ water substitute.
6-      I took my vitamin.
7-      I had 60 mg of protein today.
8-      I had took small bites today.
9-      I did not have any sugary food today.
10-   I did one nice thing for myself.

I will be asking how you scored each day as way to be accountable. I think it will also help us see that everyone else isn’t perfect but me....at least I hope it will....

I would be more than willing to alter this for other surgeries as well, but I would need help with that.

Aww thanks! Work's been kicking me in the butt lately, along with some other things, but I have a bit of a breather now so I can come back on here a bit.

Let me know the next time you come to SJ, and we can have coffee. I can call Amary, and she can meet us too.

Yesterday -- my score is 7 of 10.....I got very stuck on some almonds, even though I chewed each one individually??  I forgot my vitamin too. I am not sure if i got enough protein. I had some at each meal, but 60mg?? Don't know for sure. This tells me I have to learn more about the protein content of food.
