Krista you asked why i would get an unfill...i was thinking that if i can't get this band working for me I'd like to be able to get back on a full weigh****chers regime which for me includes raw veggies etc. Right now with the band i find i can't eat raw veggies and other tough things. but i'll wait and see what happens next week. I am hopeful.

You are down one hundred and friggin' eight pounds. That is wonderful and astounding. If you're feeling down, just look back at what you've accomplished, then take it every 10 lbs. If that's seems too big at the time, take it every 5 lbs. Keep on how you're doing, and you'll arrive to where you want to be.
