Pain in left shoulder, and feeling of throwing up

I just have a quick question for all of you peeps.
Hope you guys are all doing well with your bands.
Ive been experience new symptoms since last evening with my band.
i got banded June 3.09, I lost 20 some pounds, and I have the ac 14cc band, presently I have 6cc in my band.
I dont feel restriction.
so yesterday before going to bed, I noticed I felt sick to my stomach, like I was going to throw up but nothing came ou.... so i decided to go and sleep it of and oh yeah I had pain in my left shoulder so I took a ovol for the gaz... then I fell asleep no puking.
Then today and this evenign the same exact thing happened, I took a nap and now I feel fine.
should I worry?
could it be taht I eat too much, too fast or something could perhaps be wrong with my band???
Just wondering if this happened to any of you gutys in the past.

You wouldn't still have gas pain due to the surgery. My first thought is that this has nothing to do with your band. When I throw up, I  don't feel nauseated first, it just comes up. I have pain but not nausea.
