Home Sweet Home

Well, I am back home and pooped, to put it lightly. We left the hospital at 4:30 today and I promptly had a shower, then a nap. Thanks for all your well wishes. Will give more info as I have more energy.

Good girl - glad you are home - stick to your program - sip/walk/rest/repeat - and TAKE your pain meds if you need to - especially at bedtime to have a good sleep. Be good to yourself and take care! Congrats!

Oh Suzanne, so happy that you are home and doing well! Enough energy to send us a note is awesome! So tomorrow it is my turn, Boy he is ripping through his list lickety split isn't he! I am keeping very busy today with house work and finishing touches.....then....comes tomorrow!

Hey Suz, I am still here...looks like we are leaving at 4:00 am cause I cannot get in touch with the coordinator who books hotel rooms for the hospital rate. The Inn across the street will not book us for the hospital rate unless it goes through the coordinator. We don't want to spend 120 bucks if we can get a room for 70.  Oh well, early morning for us.  Suz, can you tell me how to put the date in for my surgery near my avatar. I see that you changed yours to Oct 1. I am so dumb when it comes to this stuff.  So glad that you have done so well. I have lost 8 lbs this week and I am quite happy with that. Kim has lost 21 since her surgery. That just blows my mind. We are on this whirlwind ride and it is sometime overwhelming... gotta go drive my son to town. Keep in touch.
