Dr. Savoie Referral

So should I be worried?

My  family physician received the referral back because it didn't have my complete home address on it. It was fixed up and resent but now I am worried that my referral will only be treated as a new referral as of September rather than last spring.

I found this out at 4 pm today so I look frantically for the clinics phone
number and can't find it. In August I was told to call at the end of September, so I think I must have thrown out the phone #.

Never realized that I could have so much anxiety over a referral.




 

Don't hesitate to call them , she is really nice  to talk to .  Don't pick this time to be quiet ....make yourself known to them in a nice way .... Let them know what is going on with the referral .   Good Luck .

Give em a call and explain what happened. I'm sure the original date will still be on the referral - so it shouldn't be a problem. Good Luck!

You will only be able to reach them on Monday.....did you find the phone number or do you need it again.  I'd give it to you now but it's upstairs.....let me know if you still need.

I am sure they will put the original referal date on it, but mistakes happen so i would call to be sure.
