Lost 10.5 inches last month.

I lost 10.5 inches total last month, I wasnt surprised and actually down as the scale didnt budge at all since surgery.
My trainer told me that is amazing all those inches will pay off in the end.
Im still down a bit, that I havent lost a lot since surgery , but hoepfully it will come.
I have zero restriction yet so hopefully in 2 weeks ill get another cc to bring it up to 6cc..

Hopefully the fill will help with the "lbs lost"" issue. But there is no mistaking that inches lost tell the true tale. Great job!

We are so obsessed with that darn scale and numbers!  I have had the same issue. The inches are what is most important and i have lost  so many inches, even when the scale does not budge. BUT, fool that I am, I get depressed if the scale is stuck!  The port is calling the kettle black here.....forget the numbers on the scale. If the inches are going, then so is the fat!
