I'm home too!
But it's worth it I'm sure.
I don't feel like writing too much but thank you for all of your blessings and thank you Ann for being my angel.
I feel like a truck hit me. I really feel sorry for the ones who only had it as a day surgery. I stayed at the hospital overnight and was very thankful to be very well taken care of.
Yay!

So glad you’ve made it home!!!
I hear you on the poor folks who did it day surgery! I was thankful to have nurses to help with the washroom and pain management for the first 24 hours for sure!
It was rough, but trust that in about 3-4 days you’ll start feeling yourself again. Just drink lots of liquids, nap a lot, and watch movies and you’ll be yourself in no time!
It took me about 5 days to really feel back to normal. I was feeling okay after 3, but I couldn’t go anywhere because I would tire very easily. I went to Tim’s (and it’s right besides my sub division) and I was happy to be home. Just the short trip exhausted me to the point where I went straight to bed afterwards!
Stay well! It will be worth it my friend. Please feel free to PM me if you need help!

The truck feeling is pretty common - so listen to your body and take it slow - fluids and rest - lots of it so you can heal - just sip sip sip and walk then a lil sleep and repeat ......... thats about it for the next lil while.
Welcome to the bench and glad you are doing ok!
Post when you can and are up to it- we will all be thinking about you.
hugs

Dr. S. is very compassionate and that may be why Charline you are right but I'm sure it made a world of a difference.
We stayed an extra night at the UCT and I don't regret it cause I was extremely in pain yesterday.
For the waiters, don't expect it to be easy but I know it will be worth it.
