lets cross our fingers

Well I got impatient today and called the diabetic clinic in Bathurst and spoke with the nurse and asked when approx. would I get to meet with Dr Savoie. She looked to see when my referral was (end of May) and told me it would be in the next couple of months. He is just starting to meet new patients and she said it will move fairly quick.  I was really shocked as I was thinking that he probably had so many on the list by now that I would have over a year wait.
Has anyone else had a 1st consult lately?

My referral was sent last December and I haven't heard anything yet.  I will let everyone know when I have more info.
