Quick post

Hi,

Just want to make on big post, otherwise I'd be posting for hours. :D

I just want to say congratulations to everyone who got their surgeriesdone!! Yay!!! Hope that everything is going well.

I want to give out huge hugs to everyone who needs them right now - you have us to come and vent to, and hopefully everyone can either find a solution, or that things will turn out alright.

And I want to give everyone a big round of applause whether you're pre-op, or post-op - you've come to this board, you're makign desicions, so already you're all winners no matter what.

We should have a meet somewhere - I think that it'd be a good idea if everyone could get together somehow to talk and vent and share.

You know what would be fun....a weekend away!  Somewhere central where we can all hook up at a hotel and spend time crying, laughing, venting, prancing our new bodies, or anything we want. We can plan it for the spring when the roads are clear and the birds are singing and we are celebrating a new beginning in spring. That would represent what we are all doiing. So everyone on this forum and the Halifax forum should give this some thought. I would have no problem coordinating this as I do this for other groups I belong to.  So lets pass this on. Actually I will post it as a new forum and I will hope people will drop me a note and make a committment and sign up. We have to put our heads together and decide  on a mid way point to meet. A weekend together would be a blast.  We can come up with a name for our group and invite anyone who wants to come. Think about it everyone, I am game. What do you all think?
