I'm baaaaaack!
Well, I am back home all cozied up in my jammies. Today began at 5:00 am. So going to bed. Dr Ellsmere is a man of few words, but the words he did speak were meaningful. He said all his surgeries over the last 18 months had "stellar" results. He also said I was a great candidate given the amount of weight I have to loose. He was very positive about VSG surgery. He said I could likely come off of three of the meds I take and maybe some of the asthma meds. I am just so happy. This weekend I am going to make some wholesome, healthy soups to blend and freeze. I don' t have alot of time left. My date is October 5th. 
So thanks everyone for all the encouragement today. I have alot of work to do and so little time to do it. So I better be off for now and get some sleep.

Glad you had a good positive day!! October 5 will be here before you even know it. I'm so happy for you. I remember how this stage feels.
