what did you have on your liquid weeks
I had soup and more soup and juices,Don't eat any puree untill the 3rd week,
I found it hard as you can only eat some much soup,but it went good.I have 2 more days of puree then on to real food.
You can have tea coffie veg juice skim 1% milk instant breakfast they are good and fill you up. chocolate 1% but try not to have too much. boots you may not want to hear that one LOL.
and strained soups.
Should have 10 cups a day 4oz 6 times a day drink 2 hours apart .7 cups of water a day too.
I had a cup that I may shure was 4oz and that is what I used.
Did you get a book to tell you want you could have and when,It is very good it is a meal plan,If you did not get it I can send u one that is what I went by for my 2 weeks after and now.

I hated the liquid phase to be honest. While I was on boost, I was so excited about it. I was looking forward to soup, milk, popsicles, etc. So I went to the grocery store and bought a whole bunch of broths, soups, you name it.
BUT
When I arrived home from surgery, I did not want to eat. My hubby had to coax me to drink something. I was swollen and just not in the mood. I drank 4ounces at a time, but probably should have drank more than I did to be honest. I was just really turned off of food. During this period, I drank lots of V8, water, orange juice, and had a little bit of soup. I liked things cold vs hot but I think it's because it was July and there was a heat wave outside so hot soup didn't exactly appeal to me.
The mushies phase was definetly better. This is when I began eating my cup of food and I ate lots of chilli during this time. I also would snack on peanut butter. I would eat a teaspoon of peanut butter or cream cheese (in moderation of course). I tried to limit it, but I did have mash potatoes with gravy and cheese a few times. I also blended lobster with mayo once! but overall I ate lots of chilli.
