I have also been referred to Dr. Ellsmere in Halifax.  Do you know how many VSG he has performed?

Can you provide some details on the various appointments you had - with who and what was done?

That is absolutely fantastic...you'll do beautifully because you've waited so long and had so much time to hope and prepare for this surgery.  Congrats on the weight loss you've already had.  October 1, 2009 will now be a date that is burned into your memory as the beginning of a brand new life.  Again, congrats and remember you deserve this chance and I know your going to be really successful.  Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself that I am actually awake and this surgery has finally helped me to achieve something I have never been able to do before, lose weight and not feel like I am starving while doing it.  Everytime I am full I am thankful and totally amazed.
