I am so excited you have certainly been waiting long enough- wow Suzanne your day is almost here!

I will be away at the WLS Retreat I told you about in Myrtle Beach area from - Sept 30- Oct 7 - so I will be chking for updates - you will be out and on your way by the time I get home!

This is awesome you must be beyond excited and on cloud nine!

Ok I thought I could be your angel but being out of town doesnt make me a very good choice - we cant have cellphones on during the day during class time so I wont be in the loop just chking emails for updates at night- so we need an angel to keep us in the loop!

I am a friggin mess waiting for my gall bladder surgery on Thursday - more scared about this than WLS last year -go figure

Ohhhh, WLS retreat sounds awesome! Maybe next year for me. You will have to tell me all about it. Sounds like an awesome holiday where you will get lots of "you time" . Have a wonderful trip. Your Gallbladder surgery will be fine. I had mine out last summer. Admitted at 7: 00 am and released at 1:00 pm. Went shopping with my sister to Walmart then went out to lunch. Spent a week in Halifax the next week and had a great time. Only tired and a bit sore. Nothing to worry about. Good luck. I will be thinking about you.

I promised myself that each year I will do something that is totally me focused - WLS retreats and conferences really interest me and I think the further out you get its good to re-examine it all and where your head is and where you want to be....

Sadly because of this darn gall bladder I missed out on her recent conference in Ontario but she is there yearly so I plan on going next year .

Thanks girly I dont feel so tough right now very wimpy and scared ****less! Only 2 sleeps ! Not that I am sleeping right now but the time is counting down!

I am so happy your day is finally happening- will be looking for updates while I am away thats for sure!
