I am back! Well almost!
I am sitting in Montreal airport hoping to catch a flight to Freddy tonight. I see everyone is going incognito since I left. Maybe I should do the same. I think I might just be Traveling Matt (if you remember Fraggle Rock, I think he was Uncle Traveling Matt).
WE had a great trip. Norway is breath taking. I will post some pictures and update my blog. I had a lot of trouble with my band. It started on the trans-Atlantic flight. I am calling Lise tomorrow. I definitely need an unfill. I weighed myself on the baggage scale (yes, that's right, I have no shame) and I am down at least 3 pounds. I walked a bunch on the jogging track on the boat. Yesterday I walked 4 miles plus all the walking to & from activities. This morning I walked 2 miles before breakfast. Plus DH and I hiked to some castles in Scotland.
I had a body composition analysis done on the boat and the guy said,"You know how people are always making the excuse that they are heavy because they are big boned? Well with you it's true!" I knew that but it was nice to have it confirmed. According to the read out I have 63 pounds to lose.....that does not include the weight I lost this week. He said that I should get down to 174.9 pounds to have a body fat of 23%. He said anymore than that would be for looks, not my health. So I have a new goal. He also said I am not eating enough calories to support my lean body mass & my body was hanging on to my fat because it thinks I am starving. I will have to show the print out to the girls in Moncton.

It sounds like you had an awesome trip and even came home with some very helpful health information. Yeah, everyone seems to be changing something. Are they bored! I am off to HFX to see the surgeon and to have my pre-op tests on Thursday. Fingers crossed that the surgeon thinks I am worthy. I always doubt myself you know. Glad you are back. We miss you on the forums.

It's so good to see you (almost) back Charline. Sounds like you had a fantastic voyage. The board has been quite quiet without you here. When do you plan to make the unfill trip to Moncton?

Sounds like a fabulous trip! Did you find it difficult to get what you required as far as meals go on the cruise. Hubby and I have a cruise in our future - was going to be this fall -but with my recent surgery - probably not until next spring now. If I am going to spend the $$$$ to go - I want to be feeling A+. I guess you are in Moncton today - I hope you "Wowed" them girl. Take care!
