Feeling SO good!
That's great Krista. I am training for a 5K on October 4th. I will be participating in the Run for the Cure with a team from work. I currently follow a running training program and am running 3K in 25 minutes on the treadmill. There is nothing graceful about it either because I sweat like a pig! LOL!! Usually burn 200+ calories as well. When I'm done, I am on such a high, still amazed that I am actually doing this.
Today I am going for my fitness evaluation at Nubody's. I am not really looking forward to that aspect because I know that my core sucks! Definitely need to focus on shaping and toning at this point.

BTW, these are really mango smoothies and not beer! LOL!!
