Just wondering how your fill went.  Sorry we didn'y have longer to visit.  There was a woman in the waiting area who was talking about her experiences and also a man.  Basicly, several people there were in for fills.  It is interesting to listen as different people tell their stories.  Seldom do any two people have the same experience.  This only goes to show us that we are all different and react differently to whatever typw of WLS we have.

BTW - what is PBing?  I am thinking is is vomiting...?

PB means productive burp. It is like vomiting and isn't like vomitting because it comes from the stoma and there are no stomach acids in it. It is just food.

Well now, that just sounds gross!  Do VSG'ers do that too I wonder! You are so right in that everyone has different experiences. I have my gall bladder removed by lap last summer and you wouldn\t believe how many other people have not had the same expereince as I have.

It is a lot less gross than real vomitting, but still an experience I wouldn't recommend! I don't know if  VGS do it or not. Do VSG get stuck? If they do, then they must PB too.

My fill went great, another 1cc for a grand total of 5cc.  Plus, I lost 6 pounds, I nearly fell over because I didn't think I lost anything.  So I jumped over the 50 pound lose mark, for a total of 54 pounds lost to date....woo hoo!!!!!!!

Caroline actually came in this time because I guess she is gonna be learning how to fill to so maybe it will be even easier to get in for a fill :o)

Congrats on your loss Smufette. This is the only place I know that a loss is actually a victory. LOL Keep up the good work.
