UUGG, This am I weighed myself and now weigh 203. My first goal is 199. I am 4 pounds from first goal. 4 measley pounds. Now I suppose I will stall for a month. UUUGGG I am also 10 pounds from 100 pounds of weight lost. My highest weight was 293 so at 193 it will be 100 pounds.
PS I borrowed my friend's scale because I am so close and don't want to miss it.:)

Thanks for the encouragement Deb. I don't normally watch the scales.I threw mine away in February right after surgery. I only get weighed at the doctor's office. Now though I am so close, I borrowed a scale. I am hoping to hit Onderland by Aug 15 or before. I can't wait to see a 1 in front of the numbers. You know how it is. I haven't seen that since 1999. I think that milestone will be even bigger than any of the others.

Hang in there Maggie. I know how frustrating the stalls are though having experienced one myself. I remember when I hit the 1's; a celebration indeed. Once I got there, the goal then became to get to the 80's, 70's, 60's, etc..
I think it is important to set small goals that are easier to attain then celebrated. I find this helps to keep me going. I of course like everyone else, do have a big goal, a final number, but the little ones in between are great too and warrant a victory dance of their own!
