My latest NSV

 Yesterday was a great day.  We, DH and our daughter and her family and I, walked the Maliseet Trail into Hayes Falls.  Not a casual walk in the park - hills, trees, roots, and very slippery/muddy in places.  It was about 40 minutes into the falls and very nice woodsy walk.  I love walking in the woods - I grew up on the Tobique and you can't get too much deeper into the woods than that LOL.  We took lots of pictures and just enjoyed the peacefulness of it all.  We got home about 3pm and proceeded to put together a barbecue and fireworks for my DH's family.  Company left about 9:30 or 10.  Did some clean up and went to bed.  I woke up this morning thinking I would be lucky if I could crawl out of bed.  Well, here's the NSV.  Not an ache or pain anywhere!!!  This never would have happened 50 pounds ago.  It feels sooo good!  Here is a picture of myself and my hubby.

Good for you! I have walkeI that trail a few times and it is beautiful. 
I have an anti-NSV this week!  I didn't meet my walking goal!
I worked my butt off doing house cleaning Saturday and Sunday. I washed windows, cleaned out the garage, and moved boxes, but no walking.  I only had 35 minutes and it should have been no problem.....

that is so awesome...congrats.  NSV's are sometimes way more rewarding than the SV's.
Keep up the great work.  I'm at a bit of a standstill right now and got to get my azz in gear and get some exercise.  There aren't enough hours in the day.
