Hey Guys!

Hey everyone,
I am back at home and up right now so I thought I would write. I'm doing ok. I have a little bit of pain in the chest area, but I am alive. My incisions are sore but overall, I'm doing okay. I'm catching up on my sleep because I couldn't sleep at all in the hospital and of course I didn't sleep at all the night before surgery so I'm kinda missing some sleep. I'm walking, sipping on gatorade and water, and trying to poop (I'm a bit constipated). The ga**** me yesterday but GAs x has been a blessing and things are well. I can't wait till I am healed.

I was given dilaudid but I don't like it cause I  hullucinate. I only take some before I go to sleep to help me sleep. Things are good. I'll write more maybe tomorrow, hopefully I'll feel better.

Woo Hoo!!!!! Happy to hear you are doing well.  Advice from someone who experienced constipation from hell.  Take some Senecot ASAP for a few days in a row.  When I finally got on it I just cut it in 2 and took it with warm water.  Do not for a second think that Nature will take its course because you cannot imagine the agony you will go through if you don't get this under control right away.  Oh and just in case you didn't know - dilaudid will constipate you - bad so get off them as soon as you can.  I never took mine - I used tylenol cut in four and taken with warm not ho****er.

Hang in there - it only gets better from here - once you get the constipation issue taken care of.
