I got a call this morning too....I am going the 17th of august at 1:30 for my second consult....My first consult was on oct 30.  Do any of you guys know how long after the second consult can we expect to have the surgery???...

Good for you guys I am so happy to hear that you got your second call for the consults...that is awesome....I will be doing th ehappy dance when I finally get my very first call after having everythign sent in back Jan 2nd...good luck girls

No, I don;t know how long the surgery wait is after the 2nd consult . I m sure that I would  have got a surgery date if my sugars weren't in the 20's all winter .  He told me that I had to get them down before surgery . He would call me in August  & If they were down ...he would do the surgery in 2 weeks.
So good luck , you probably  will get a date.

You girls will be on the surgery list by October for sure!

How many consultations are there? I just had my referral sent a week ago.. And  I will be starting to call the Dr's office on Monday to see as to when my first consultation will be! :)

My friend's  referal was sent in November and she has not heard anything yet. It may be a long wait. At present there are 2 consults plus lab work. Dr S does not have info sessions, bit I assume that he will eventually because they are so informative.
