Queston

I was not seeing if any one know why we can't drink the ensure for the 2 weeks of the liquid diet?
I tryed the wild berry and it is good.I wish I was able to dring that on aug 4th when I start my 2 weeks.
Maybe because there is more cal in one there is 250 so that os 1000 were the boost is only 700,But I think 1000 still is not bad.Iam going to asked when I go on Aug 31 just to see what they say.
I can do this it is on Aug 4th I may need some help.But I can do this it is all going to be so worth it when Iam done,Maybe I will even be looking good for christmas to put on a dress I hope.

Ensure and Diabetic Boost  very different in calories  carbs, and sugar. Diabetic boost has no sugar.

This said, I wish we could drink ensure instead but if it didn't make a difference, they wouldn't of specified. They chooose the Diabetic Boost because of the results I'm sure.

You'll be fine. It's no fun, but it's worth it. I lost 20 pounds on this diet and I survived. Warn your husband you may be cranky and emotional. Expect it to be hard. I'll be back to work when you start (I come back the 5th) and I"ll try to keep you motivated.

The big problem is the carbs. The liver shrinking diet is a low carb diet (like Aitkins Diet)  that burns fat for fuel instead of carbs. It burns the fat in your liver, thus shrinking your liver.
