Hey Rach, thanks for asking. I should have updated 2 days ago but I'm so lazy lately. I went to Bathurst on Thursday and all is well. My cold is getting better, all that's left right now is nose congestion and a little bit of a cough but they told me as long as I don't have an infection, which I don't - I'm good to go for wednesday. They had me do all kinds of tests, lung function, blood work, chest xray, cardiogram, met with the pre op nurse and anestiologist. So it's really happenning now.........!!!!!!!!!

I'm still taking some cold meds to get rid of the cold that's straggling but I'm doing good!!! I love 17 Pounds as of today!!!!!! I am so happy about that!!!! 

The liquid diet Rach, it's hard. Like crazy hard. It was alot harder than I expected but I'm doing well. I haven't cheated and I have cried, but I only have 4 days left of shakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
