ANyONE GOT A CALL LATELY ?

I was wondering if anyone has got a call from Dr. Savoie lately ?  Is anyone on here going in for a 2nd consult ?   When is his vacation  , in July ,  I forgot  ?   I am waiting for a call to go back to see him in August , it will be my 3rd visit.   My sugars were too high & he wanted me to get them down before surgery .  So far they are down  good , lots of insulin though & trying to watch what I eat  .   I have been reading the forum & its kind of quiet on the Dr.S side of things.

He is back from vacation,was back on the 13 of July.You should get your 3rd call soon.If you don't I would call them to see.
Glad to here your sugar is down way  to go girl..I go for my lapband on Aug 19th can't wait.But don't know if Iam looking to the 2 weeks befor on the liquid diet.I hope that goes good.All I want to do now is eat take out as I know I wont be able to have  it,and that is not good.But I can do it.It will be all worth it when it is over.
Maybe give them a call to let them know how good you are doing.

Hi , glad to hear from you .   Your August date will be rolling around soon. The time flies don't you think .   I know what you mean about the 2 week liquid diet, it sounds bad.   Scartears is on it now .  The only way to look at it is the passway to the surgery without doing it we can't have it done.   It will be a BIG challenge.  I am not looking forward to it at all.
I know what you mean about eating ....all the bad things , I think I won't be able to have them after so I will eat them now .  

This surgery for me , is not a moment to soon...I am finding that I am having lots of trouble walking any distance. I am out of breath , my legs are burning & I dont think that I can walk another step. My back is litterly done, I can  barely stand over a few minutes & then have to sit .
This surgery will give me a second chance at a life hopefully, because right now I don't have any .
