STARR & CHARLENE - A CHALLENGE FOR YOU!
Okay, I'm going public! I WILL walk 45 minutes (or more) 5 days a week. I challenge my good friends Starr & Charlene to include an exercise ticker track in their posts. Anyone else up for a challenge? I'm sure there are some who surpass this already and that's wonderful. Post it - we would all like to see what is working for you! Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day.
BTW - my company is now in New York only about a 13 hour drive - not counting sleeping and eating!!!

OK so I figured the ticker thing out.....I set the goal at 225 (one week of walking) .....should I have set it higher? Like for a month? Will upping the anti help, like loser buys coffee next time we meet? or is that making it more complex? In the end we are all winners no matter how much we exercise.
I clicked on my weight loss ticker, then clicked to add an exercise ticker. I followed the steps. When it was finished, I highlited the new ticker & copied it. Then I went to my signiture page in OH (if you don't know where that is- My OH then user settings then message board)./ I was able to get the curser (well named by the way!) to appear above the weight loss ticker then I just hit ctrl and "V".
