Thanks girly - I am surprised Bariatric Choice didnt send something out - I have also ordered from them- I read the post on DS that you referred to and none are my flavours but I will keep an eye on them- I mix mine with water so I do open then mix with water and crystal light but I guess the blade could still get missed- my god people are so sick!!!!

Actually I am trying to stop using them and do more Whey concentrate or isolate supplementation. Have been reading up on them some more and the main type of protein is a collagen based protein which for RNY is not one we absorbed as well so now that I am further out and keep learning more about everything I just want to make sure I am getting the best supplementation for my caloric and protein buck!
