2nd fill under my belt!
Another trip to Moncton and my second fill done! I now have 3 CC'S in my band - 2 from my first fill and 1 from this fill. I was down 10 pounds from my last visit YAHOOO! My BMI when I started was 42 and it is now 35 - feels good! It was great to see everyone there, I just wish there had been more time to visit.
Starr, Charline and I had a nice visit at Starbucks. I left with new resolve to stick with this and up my exercise - other than yard work and gardening. Hoping this fill helps with the hunger :-)
i stopped in Woodstock to do a little grocery shopping for my company - they should be here sometime Sunday - can't wait!
