I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast (no sugar added - ready to drink from Sobey's) for breakfast each day, then a protein shake (same CIB as above, mixed with vanilla yogurt, lots of ice and 1 tsp of nescafe instant hazelnut coffee). It tastes like an iced cappucino. I would eat a supper of chicken and salad - NO carbs at or after supper. That's what worked for me.
Weight lost since surgery (Oct. 1, 2009): 47 lbs
