Long time no see! How are you doing with your band? Is it getting easier?  I think of you often. Let me know if you are up for coffee sometime.

I am always up for coffee but I don't get off until 6 these days. I have to wait around Freddy until 8:30 though, until the hubby is off so anytime after 6 is good for me on any day. I'm not gaining although I'm not losing either...I'm maintaining. I am thinking seriously though of joining the gym. I just hate to go alone. My hb said he'd go with me but he's not off each night until 8:30 and I don't really want to go that late. I think exercise is the only way I'm going to lose. Let me know if you want to meet up for coffee one day this week.

I'm good. I'm still not losing but at least I'm no longer gaining. I am hoping the next fill will be the one.
