No nothing yet. My comuter was down for awhile. I am fine. We have been getting really hot weather. I am still trying to keep busy. So how excitied are you? You are so close now.  I think I am satying in the peg around 23-26 of Aug.  Maybe we can meet somewhere!

I haven't heard anything yet, and not to be too much of a downer, I don't expect to for a while. When I called the hospital in May, they told me that it may be August or September before I would be called for my 2nd consult, but the way that things are according to what Dr. S told Amary, I don't think that I'll hear anything from them until Novermber or God forbid, early next year.

I guess what I'm doing is that I'm trying not to get my hopes up for surgery this year, given all the unforseeable stumbling blocks. If I set  my sites far away, then it may mean that I'll be pleasantly surprised if it happens before. ;-)

Good for you! At least you have a goal.  I guess the lap-bands first? Than DS or GVS? Who knows anymore.  For this to be a short process it has become long. It is too bad we cannot get more bariatric surgeons in Canada.  Well I am rooting for you to have surgery before the new year, you never know other people could of found other surgeons to do their surgery and cancell with Dr. Savoie. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a quick journey.
