Hey, Angela K, where are you

It just dawned on me that I haven't seen or heard from Angela K for quite some  time. Where is she and how is she doing with her band? Does anyone know?

I didn't think Angela had her surgery yet.  she was still on a waiting list to be seen from what I recall.  I could be wrong.  I was once before !!!!!!!!!!

You are right Patsy, I misread Charline's list. I looked back and I see Angela is waiting for VSG with Dr S. Still thoigh, where is Angela?   I haven't heard from her in quite awhile.

Hi Ladies....I'm still around.  I havn't been checking in much as my journey is at a bit of a standstill...the wait seems so long.  I've been battling my depression lately and struggling at keeping focused at work.  I know this sounds crazy but I am having alot of anxiety about dying...I have it stuck in my head that I won't make it til I'm 40 and my birthday is Sept 22 this year.  I'm dealing just not very well some days.  Thak you so much for thinking of me though, I really do appreciate that.

I had the same anxiety about turning 50 because most of the wormen in my family die by the age of 52. BUT those who made it to 55 usually die in their late 80's! My sister was 49 and my Mom was 52. I am 55 and a half. I am planning to make it to 85 now. I also battle depression, if you need to talk.... I have to say that taking off the pounds and being able to walk and do my gardening and generally feeling a LOT better physically has done the world of good for my mental health.

Holy Moses Angela, with the way time is flying, Sept. will be here tomorrow! Chin up Sweetie. I know how hard the waiting is. It boggles the mind at times. But you know your time will come quicker than you think. I am amazed at how fast Dr. S.'s patients are starting to get done. Your VSG people are starting to be seen too. I believe beaverblue is waiting for vsg too and I think she has seen the doctor. It is just time and the older you get the faster time flies. Soon I will be reading posts rom you where you have appt and god knows what els gooing on. Just a bit longer, eh? You can do it.

Hi Angela, I am paddeling in the same boat you are. I am also hit with depression and anxiouty about not makeing. I lost my mother when she was 50 do to highblood pressure, diabeties, kidney failure, ect... Do to Obesity. I started on high blood pressure pills this January and my sugars are borderline. I am following in my mothers foot steps. She started everything in here early thirties and so am I . I just turned 33 in April.  So here is a hug from me to you.
