Scale
I hear you. I was a scale addict too. I weighed myself every day and if I did not like what it read, I'd weight myself 3 or 4 times that day. After I had my RnY, I threw my scale away and have broken the spell. I get weighed now at my doctor's visits or once in awhile I will step on my friend's scale. If I can do it anybody can. I was obsessed. LOL

i still weigh myself everyday. It helps keep me accountable. If i'm up a pound i am sure to stay focused and work it off. If I'm down a pound, i pat myself on the back.
I dont' feel guilty for weighing regularly.
