Hi everyone, so sorry that I did not wright sooner I was at my mothers after surgery!!!
l as you most likely know I had my surgery last Wednesday at 3:00 and I was release from hospital the next day.  I met the 2 other ladies that had there surgery that morning has we were all in the same room after our surgeries.
They were really nice and it was good to share a room with them has we were all there for the same reason.

Well the surgery went really good.  I still have pain from time to time where my port is so I might just call Dr. Savoie tomorrow to see if that is normal or not.  But other than that I am doing really good.  We spoke to Dr. Savoie the next day and he said that everything went perfect for all 3 surgeries.  So that was good to hear.

So I've been on liquid since surgery and I have 1 more week to go before I can attempt puree...I can't wait for that other step.
So I just wanted to tell you guys that yes I am alive and again sorry for the delay in letting you know.

I will keep you guys posted...and thanks to everyone that sent me encouraging words....much appreciated!!!

Lynn

So glad to hear that it all went very well for you and the other gals. Who went in first , did you have a long wait before ?   You had to stay in the hospital all night ?  What about the night before surgery , did you have to stay in that night as well ?    The time goes quick ,its been a week ,  before you know it you will be on solids. Good Luck on your journey !

Hi lynn glad to hear all went well.  Its very normal for the port to be sore.  They stitch it to your muscle so that equals pain.  It does go away eventually.  But check with them just to make sure. You are on your way now !!!!!!!!!!!!  best of luck...keep us informed.  Patsy
