The woes of soup
I mildly dumped today on whole wheat crackers. I need to be more careful. By God it keeps you honest though. Not really always in a good way either. LOL I eat at home.

LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE. NOBODY'S GETTING OUT ALIVE
Hi Maggie
I am not a big soup fan and really got sick of it after the puree and liquid stage- so I dont do it - its a slider food where it is a liquid you can just keep on sippin and not get full further out.
I guess the closest I do is chilli but its chalk full of protein and complex carbs so its a good bang for my healthy buck.
What are you doing to get in your protein each day - are you tracking how many grams of protein you are getting- it is so important - your body/health will kick ya in the butt bigtime if you are not getting in enough protein - I learned the hard way!
Are you able to tolerate protein shakes ? I have started making mine very icy and quite similiar to a Tims Ice Cap - make all different flavours but it sure makes sure I have one or two a day - they have no protein taste so they are like yummy milkshakes !
Keep in touch
