NSV

Yesterday I went to work and had decided to spike my hair since I hadn't had time to wa****  I also have a pair of new glasses that are pink and green frames that I wore. I walk in the lunchroom and the guy who has the vending machines was there restocking. He's a really nice guy and he looks at me and says, " I really like your new look." I just about dropped! LOL!! I couldn't even tell you when I last received a compliment from the opposite sex, let alone one about my "look". I have to say it felt GREAT

Don't get me wrong, the health benefits of weightloss and living a healthy active lifestyle is the goal, but those unexpected NSV's sure are dandy! Have a great day everyone.

AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!  that's worth every ounce of work you put into this "project".  My vice president just said the same thing to me, and you don't even think they notice and they do.  And the fact that they take the time to tell you is awesome.

Hi Jet ,  I have to say that ANY NVS is a happy  feeling !!!  I would like to have some , no matter what they are. Congrats on getting that compliment .

I am the one on the right.   I really need to update my avatar. All NSV's certainly are fabulous. The small victories win the war. That is why this is an individual  journey that each of is taking. Good to be able to finally enjoy the ride! LOL!!
