3 weeks will go by fast. From consult to surgery a year. Hmmm.. I guess they quote longest time because if they say sooner and it's not..... yikes!!! Getting accepted as his patient with a BMI over 50 is my next hurdle then I'll press him about time. I still cannot believe I only waited such a short time for an appointment. I'll post what I find for that week
Oh! We don't have the same surgeon. I am going with Dr. Rusnak for a RNY. Is it a problem for your surgeon to accept you after BMI of 50? I only waited for 3 months for a consult after waiting for a year and a half for another surgeon. Thank goodness for OH, I found a surgeon with a shorter wait. Talk to you soon!

I've heard he can be really picky about BMI's. I 've been waiting for 2 other surgeons for 1yr aready when I was told about Dr. Tang that he was newer to the office and maybe short wait but then I kept reading it was a long wait so I didn't think more about it.

My date was changed...Dr. Tang's assist called says he's in surgery on that day so I've been rescheduled for July 2/09 @ 10:45. This means I"m spending Canada in Victoria, BC. I couldnt think of a better day to go. If I leave early from wpg I'll have few hours to go sightseeing
