The day is almost here...

Well I am having my surgery Wednesday with Dr. S....I can't beleive it's already here and that I've been on liquide for almost 2 weeks.  It has gone really fast and am impress with myself I've done super well on the liquid for 2 weeks.....I am ready for this so I guess that is why it was so easy!!

Now the moment is almost here and I can't wait.

Oh and goodluck to Piglet29 with your surgery on Wednesday too!!!

I will keep you guys posted on my update once I get back home.

Good luck Lynn, I wish you all the best and to a speedy recovery to follow.  I will be thinking about you and Piglet29 on Wednesday as well.  Keep us posted as to how things are going.  You are in my prayers..

Whitneyb  I phoned Sharon today to check on my refferal after your big kerfuffel. She said my file should or could be in the other 100 Dr.Savoie just brought to the diebetic clinic. I wonder how many of us is there? When I called in April they told me around 100. It now seems to be 300 or I am just frustrated one or the other. I don't think I well see Dr. Savoie tell next year.

Hi Stephanie try not to get too discouraged I know it is frustrating and everything, but the good thing about this all is the fact that we know things are moving along now and Dr Savoie's list is not nearly as long as Dr B's is in Moncton on that list I have been on it for over 3 years now and I wouldn't be getting to see him for another 5-6 years that was frustrating for me to even hear.  Maybe I guess that I am a very patient person and know that things will happen soon enough.  My grandmother always told me "That Patience is a virtue" hmmmmmm sometimes I wonder and ponder that, but deep down I know she was right.  I know that I won't probably get a call until the fall or later as well because you and I our referrals were sent in January or December for you I beleive so maybe you and I will be around the same time...that would be nice to go through it together.

Thanks Beth you are great! You just what to say. I know I need patience, but I have been searching for a Dr. that does the DS for years. Now I have found one I can't wait to get the ball rolling. But I can wait I know I can, as long as I have you and the other girls on OH getting me through this. I thank  god every day that I found OH and you girls.
