Eating on the road...
Well - a little uncomfortable or maybe just unsure with the eating out , but everything went well. I had 1/2 slice of toast, one sausage and about 6 home fries - no problems! Supper was 1 chicken strip, 1/2 baked potato and a few green peas - no problems! We were busy over lunch and so I missed that meal. I really don't get hungry but I usually would eat more than this.
I bought a new dress for a retirement banquet (NOT MINE sad to say) and here comes the NSV size 18!!! I looks a little lumpy but I figure with my Spanx I will be all set!

Suzanne - you are doing so well!!!! Doesn't it feel great?!!!!! I love it.
I sometimes think that the NSVs are better than the weight loss because they impact your self esteme so much more than numbers on the scale. I haven't had a problem eating out yet but then I am terribly cautious and take a big helping of moderation along with the meal and bring stuff home with me.
Its all a learning experience and a slow progression to where you want to be but it is all very doable so long as you make a conscious decision to do this the right way, follow the rules and exert good restraint.
I am so happy for you. Keep up the good work. Positive thoughts coming your way.
