An Achievement
Well, I finally ran on the treadmill yesterday; not at lightning speed, but I still ran! 
I kept imagining Jillian screaming at me to keep going, 30 more seconds....LOL!!
Another one of the journey's little victories to be celebrated. My kids thought that was cool, so that's worth it right there.

PS I heard on the radio this morning that a lady in the UK could not afford the cost of a gastric band so she went to a hypnotist. The hypnotist told her that she would sense restriction like the band. Results: she lost 67 lbs!
I am not suggesting that everyone waiting go and get hypnotized, but do think this was an interesting account to share.
