Why do you have to do liquids this far before your surgery?

Awesome, Kim, I start mine tomorrow so I will be looking to you for encouragement. Can you imagine that you even went camping without cheating.  Great job. Cannot wait to hear the scale results. Wish me luck. Carmen

Here's the truth, the painful, awful truth. I did it for four days, and then I had functions to go to for work and social. I fell of the wagon so hard.....Hence, I am starting again tomorrow, and I will do seven straight days.

I have to imagine that this is a very difficult thing to do given we "don't really HAVE to do it yet" I think it might be easier when we really HAVE NO CHOICE.  Anyway,  I start tomorrow and every time I am tempted to abort, I will think of you and how we should work together.

Lets hang in there, Suzanne.

I also think it will be easier as we won't be as hungry drink the protein shakes I swear if  you don't that is when I was the most hungry keep thinking of the end results that will get you there I know you can both do it Suzanne you were half way  there you can do it good luck to you both

Thanks, ladies. I feel much better about things this week. I agree that it won't be as hard when I'm not as physically hungry. Here's to a better week, and thanks so much for the support!
