Pictures are not working out

Hi everyone. I tried to add a new pic but it wouldn't work for it kept on saying it had to be a jpg file which it is but I guess I'm doing something wrong.  MMMMM Anyways, I deleted my profile pic and tried to add the new one on and as you can see I messed up.....LOL    If you like to see the pic go to my pictures and check it out and if you know how to add the most recent one onto my page here let me know....hee hee
