NSV (kinda) hee hee

I have a new nsv. Well sorta. I was standing on the top rung of my ladder yeaterday (tarring the edges of the roof) and realized that I am now within the weight limits for the ladder. It has a maximun weight limit of 250 pounds as do most all ladders. Last year while standing on my ladder it dawned on me that I exceeded the weight limit and was hoping it wouldn't fall apart on me. This year I no longer have this worry. AHH, one less thing to worry about. One small nsv for me , one large nsv for my future roof repairs. :) 

That is awesome...i Love those kind of NSVs.  I offered to jump on something today that Jay was demolishing and he said you are no good to me any more LOL.  Now that I lost the weight i can't do as much damage !!!!!!

I get the idea that this is something good because I'm always worried about exceeding the weight limits on things....but I don't text and I'm not the greatest with abbreviations.  What does "nsv" stand for ?

 NSV stands for non-scale-victory.  We try to look at ALL of our victories.  My NSV's include being able to go off my blood pressure and fluid pills.  I hope to have some blood work done soon and
m-a-y-b-e be get off my cholesterol meds.  It all counts and all victories feel sooo important.  I'm sure you will soon know what I mean.
