hello!!! ive been away for a while but now i am back with 80 pounds lighter!!lol
It amazes me how fast some of you guys lose your weight. I've only lost 46 in 7 months. Not that I'm unhappy but that's awesome that you can lose 80 in 2 or 3 months. WOW. congratulations and keep it up.

Mona, why are you eating just puree. By now you should be eating regular foods. If you don't quite know what you can eat, you really should call Rinette. She will be able to tell you what you can eat. If you only eat puree at this stage you may be really lacking in many nutrients. By the way, congrats on the amazing weight loss!!!. As long as you feel healthy, that's the main thing. Are you smoking now or did you manage to quit for good?
